After four years of running the Aotearoa Lash Conference, we’ve listened, learned, and evolved with the shifts happening across the lash and brow industry both local and global.
From the moment we began planning, we knew this year had to be more interactive, more practical, and more aligned with what actually supports and enhances your journey as an artist and business owner. We want to pull inspiration from international trends and introduce you to new ways to generate income.
Think glorified masterclass energy - but with a creative twist. We’re blending education with inspiration, diving into techniques that help you lash with more flair, freedom, and confidence.
This year’s vibe is all about you. Your style. Your personality. Expect chats about bringing out the real YOU in your work and in your brand.
We know the current economy is testing, even for the most experienced beauty professionals, which is why this year’s speaker lineup includes business mentors and industry experts who specialise in efficiency, sustainability, and smart growth strategies. These sessions are designed to help you streamline your systems, cut through the noise, and run your lash or brow business with intention and impact. You’ll walk away with actionable tools and ideas to push past financial pressure and build something solid af.

THE VENUE
The SO/ Auckland Hotel is renowned for its avant-garde design and vibrant atmosphere, the hotel offers a unique blend of style and comfort in the heart of Auckland. Its prime location provides guests with panoramic views of the city skyline and Waitematā Harbour.
Choosing SO/ Auckland as the venue for our event was an easy decision. The hotel's bright, bold, and fashion-forward ambiance aligns perfectly with the innovative spirit we aim to embody this year. The chic interiors and state-of-the-art facilities provide an ideal setting for this years premier lash events. What's even better is the hotel's proximity to Auckland's cultural and entertainment hubs offers our attendees the convenience of exploring the city's vibrant offerings.
The Vault at SO/ Auckland will serve as our conference event space. Situated within the former Reserve Bank building, this area once served as New Zealand's Gold Bullion Reserve. The Vault has been transformed into the hotel's main event floor, adorned with marble, bronze, and gold accents that pay homage to its opulent past. This is an expansive room that allows plenty of space for those that exhibit their brand throughout the days events.
