Kiki is a globally recognised LED lash innovator and educator with over 15 years of industry experience. Originally from Japan, she immigrated to Australia at 20 and built her career from the ground up, evolving from lash artist to international competition winner, global judge, speaker, and former owner of one of Sydney’s most successful premium lash salon brands, which she scaled across four locations.
Recognising that LED lash technology was advancing faster than education and safety standards, Kiki founded Lash Plus LED Tweezer, now one of Japan’s leading professional lash supply brands. Through extensive research and development, she has pioneered advanced LED systems that improve retention, efficiency, and consistency while prioritising client safety, empowering artists to adopt innovation with confidence and elevate professional standards.
