Heidi Dowall is the founder of The Hi Lash Lounge and Academy of Lash Artistry, Wellington’s first lash lounge. With a Master’s in Criminology, Heidi made the bold leap from a career in international relations and human rights to pursue her passion for artistry.

 

Now a celebrated leader in her field, she was named 2024 Lash Educator of the Year, which reflects her impact and influence. Renowned for her signature styling, Heidi has set the benchmark for what it means to be a true master lash artist.
